Apply to the Summit
Applications to attend the 2010 GlobeMed Global Health Summit are now closed. Thank you to everyone who applied.
The application deadline is January 21.
It is free to apply to be a Summit participant. Once participants are accepted, participants will have to pay a registration fee of $65 to attend. Applications received by January 14 will receive a $15 discount on the registration fee.
Note: There are four short essay questions on the application. To preview them before starting the online application, visit www.globemedsummit.org/preview.
Other tidbits:
- Will newer GlobeMed members be able to attend? Yes! We want a diverse mix of young members and old veterans at the Summit, so newer GlobeMed members are encouraged to apply.
- Need help with travel costs? Financial assistance will be avaiable for a select few individuals to help alleviate the cost of registration and travel. You will receive more information about financial assistance once you submit your application.
- When will I hear back from the GlobeMed National Office? GlobeMed members will be notified on Monday, January 25 regarding the status of their application. If accepted, members will have until February 4 to confirm their attendance by paying the registration fee.
